“Thoughts lead on to purposes; purposes go forth in action; actions form habits; habits decide character; and character fixes our destiny.” – Tryon Edwards
Over the last 20 years, we have had the opportunity to educate, train and learn from thousands of recruiters throughout the world. This unique experience has provided us a tremendous amount of knowledge around recruitment and process improvement methodologies, personal achievement and probably most importantly . . . the Behavior Modification Process.
This experience has radically changed the way we deliver our training programs. We incorporate what we now know about adult learners, passive and active teaching methodologies, and quite honestly, what works and what doesn’t with respect to retention and implementation.
Gone are the ALL DAY in-person or online “boot camps” designed to cram as much information into your head with little regard for retention.
Studies indicate that retention rates dramatically increase when students are engaged in participatory/active methods such as practice, group discussion, and teaching others. Each and every one of our Education Programs provide students with the opportunity to participate in active learning exercises at a pace that ensures knowledge transfer, behavior modification and most importantly – improved performance.
