Recruiter Academy Recertification and Continuing Education
Becoming certified is a significant achievement. Staying certified is a commitment to getting 1% better every day—the foundation of the RogueHire Kaizen Way of Life.
Recertification is required annually. We’ve built a program that’s simple, meaningful, and free—no renewal fees, no CEU tracking, no quizzes or tests. Just proof that you’re committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.

Initial Certification Window:
Your Recruiter Academy certification is valid until the end of the year following your last class:

Recertification in 3 Simple Steps
- Complete the Recertification Worksheet found in the appropriate Alumni Center within our Rogue HealthCare Community (RogueHCC).
- Review with your Direct Supervisor.
- Submit to hello@roguehire.com and expect a response within 7 business days.

Alumni Boot Camps
We facilitate at least one Alumni Boot Camp each year to reinforce getting “1% better daily.”
- Lapsed certification? You must attend Boot Camp and complete the 3-step process above to recertify.
- Active certification? Boot Camp attendance is encouraged but not required.

Recertification FAQs
Do I have to track webinars and CEUs?
- No formal CEU tracking required. You should document your pursuit of lifelong learning throughout the year: formal education, books read, webinars attended, and conferences.
I was in the process of recertifying but lost track. What do I do?
- If your certification is currently active, simply follow the 3-step process above.
My certification has expired. How do I get reinstated?
- (1) Attend an Alumni Boot Camp session. View upcoming sessions. (2) Complete the 3-step recertification process. Questions? Reach us at hello@roguehire.com.
I hold multiple Recruiter Academy certifications. Do I need a separate form for each?
- One form covers all certifications. Just check each certification you’re renewing on page 1 of the worksheet.
